Umm Al Quwain — As part of ongoing efforts to develop professional competencies and enhance workplace communication, the Executive Council of Umm Al Quwain, in collaboration with the British Applied College, conducted a specialised training course titled “Skills for Dealing with Difficult Personalities” at the College campus for employees of the Umm Al Quwain Government and its partners.

The course focused on developing effective communication strategies for engaging with different personality types, equipping participants with practical skills to manage challenging interactions professionally and constructively.

The initiative contributes to fostering a more positive, collaborative, and professional work environment, while supporting continuous professional development and strengthening communication capabilities across the workplace.
